We are looking for a Customer Service Superstar who will deliver an exceptional customer experience to join our team. You will need a proven customer service background and the drive to excel in a professional environment.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service experiences in order to provide excellent guest experience and promote repeat visitation
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Booking customers vehicles in for service and repair
  • Checking in vehicles for repair
  • Costing up invoices
Specific skills required: 

  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service 
  • Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone 
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
