We are looking for a Customer Service Superstar who will deliver an exceptional customer experience to join our team. You will need a proven customer service background and the drive to excel in a professional environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver high-quality customer service experiences in order to provide excellent guest experience and promote repeat visitation
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Booking customers vehicles in for service and repair
- Checking in vehicles for repair
- Costing up invoices
Specific skills required:
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
